This week's On Shuffle takes Jordy all the way back to *checks notes* 2020 with "Until I Walk Through The Flames" by Pay For Pain, an indie rock band composed of three former members of Tigers Jaw. Gloomy songs for gloomy days.

Shuffle shook things up a little this week, delivering the defining song by an influential '90s hardcore band. Jordy dives in and tries to dissect the complicated existence and impact of "New Noise" by Refused.

For this week's On Shuffle, Jordy goes back to 2013 to talk formative music fandom, mid-aughts Fueled By Ramen bands, (500) Days of Summer as a music genre, and of course, the subject of this week's column, "Your Face" by Blue of Colors.

For the very first On Shuffle, Jordy’s music library has randomly delivered a song that he has never heard before. This week, he goes in depth on Discovery’s 2009 “hipster R&B” track “I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend” (ft. Angel Deradoorian).
