Video Premiere: The Give & Take – “Snow Day”

Embrace a light, emotional flurry with “Snowday” bysongwriter Gibran Colbert, a.k.a The Give & Take. The Central Florida-based artist (also known for drumming in Expert Timing) is building up to his new EP, Great Pause, but in the meantime, you can take in the bonus single.
“”Snowday” is a song I wrote after recording Great Pause. I think it serves as a nice bonus or encore to the album and hopefully will tie in to later releases,” Gibran said of the single.
Visually wandering scenes of Florida and set to a gorgeous, twang-y step that feels like Gibran is guiding you through a landscape of emotion. Every intimate moment captured in the video lends to the vulnerability locked into the lyrics of the track. His style fits perfetly between the personal elements of emo and the sensibility of well orchestrated soft rock.
