Video Premiere: The Dreaded Laramie – “Where Do the Hardcore Kids Go?”

Posted: by The Editor

The Dreaded Laramie never takes themselves too seriously. If the name doesn’t give it away, their fun as all get-out brand of chunky powerpop sure will. They’re gearing up to drop their second EP, Everything a Girl Could Ask, in May through Engineer Records, Sell the Heart Records, and Wiretap Records, and they’ve already shared one single, and now they’re back again.

We’re excited to premiere the video for the EP’s closing track, “Where Do the Hardcore Kids Go?”The band notes that “‘Where Do the Hardcore Kids Go?’ is a tribute to three things that are crucial to our band’s existence: the DIY-band ethic, indulgent guitar music, and jokes.”

Check out the video below.

The band will also be touring in support of the EP:

Apr 21 Cincinnati, OH The Mockbee

Apr 22 Huntington, WV The Loud

Apr 23 Philadelphia, PA Traitor Joe’s

May 13 Louisville, KY Magbar

May 14 Columbus, OH Unknown venue

Jun 18 Little Rock, AR White Water Tavern

Everything a Girl Could Ask is out May 13 and available for preorder.
