Video Premiere: Romancer – “stop motion”

Posted: by admin

Spring is in the air and Ontario based, ambient punk band, Romancer have big plans for the season. To kick off their North American tour, we are pleased to premiere their newest music video, “Stop Motion”.

“Stop Motion” discusses the repercussions of enduring a deteriorating relationship, and wasting the summer away as a result. Vocalist, Adam Horrocks, took his camera with him everywhere for about seven months to capture the illusive story this track seeks to tell. After digging up a 10 year old Panasonic 480p camera once gifted to him for the purpose of creating YouTube videos, Horrocks fell in love with the lo-fi video quality. As a result, the video is full of nostalgic, summery vibes, urging viewers to soak up the warmth of the upcoming season.
