Video Premiere: LKFFCT – “Hatchling”

LKFFCT

North Jersey DIY legends LKFFCT (pronounced Lake Effect) have long been cultivating their sound in the NJ DIY scene, adapting from lo-fi stoner punk into a more well polished indie rock band. We are excited to be premiering their new video for “Hatchling” which follows the pigeon from the album cover on an adventure through the New York Subway System.

Even more important than the video, is the sweet track itself, which builds upon a consistent guitar part as lyrics cry out for someone to raise and educate the hatchling.  “Come and sit me down won’t you nurture me? / I don’t even care if you lecture me.” Take a listen and start the year off right with some rock.

You can listen to the rest of LKFFCT’s album Dawn Chorus on Bandcamp or stream it below!
