Track Premiere: Kerosene Heights – “kathryn”

Posted: by The Editor

It was only three months ago that Kerosene Heights came out swinging with their debut EP no more bad dreams, and the band’s already back with more. They’ve got a single coming out this Friday, and we’re excited to premiere its A-side, “kathryn.” The Asheville four-piece cites bands like Snowing and Glocca Morra as influences, and that certainly comes through in their scrappy, heavy style of emo.

Even the short time between releases has helped, because the band’s really honed their sound on “kathryn,” crafting a stellar slice of emotive hardcore. Check that out below, and keep scrolling to see the band’s upcoming tour dates with Farseek.

The band will be on tour with Farseek this Spring:

5/27 Atlanta, GA @ Railroad Earth
5/28 Myrtle Beach, SC @ Fresh Brewed Coffee
5/29 Charleston, SC @ Tua Lingua
