Kansas City’s Flooding put out a killer debut a few years back, but on their upcoming Silhouette Machine, due out a month from today, they’ve leveled up. Their music is a potent mix of slowcore atmosphere and noise rock harshness–imagine a cross between Duster and Sonic Youth, and it’s every bit as good as it sounds.
Today we’re excited to bring you an exclusive premiere of Silhouette Machine‘s first single, the spacey “Muzzle.” It’s the perfect introduction to the LP, at once breathtakingly expansive and unsettlingly intimate. Stream the single below.
