Winnebago Vacation is the solo project of Teenage Halloween guitarist, Eli Frank. The first release under his solo alias, Winnebago Vacation is a whimsical bedroom pop love letter, confession, and yearning for comfort. While “bedroom pop” serves as an overarching description for the project, the EP explores multiple different approaches to the term. Frank doesn’t limit himself to synth alone, bringing in acoustic guitar, drum machine, and even chiptune moments. All together the EP has a charm and endearing quaintness about it, making it a lovely soundtrack to your cozy spring day.
