Cesar Ruiz has quite the musical resume; playing in bands like Diners and Dogbreath, but he also makes music under his own name. Similar in style to both of his associated acts, Cesar Ruiz’s solo work puts his personal touch on light and fun pop music for the optimist in all of us. We’re premiering the first single “I Saw” off of his upcoming album For Music Lovers – listen below.
