Nobody does it quite like Joyce Manor. The band’s near decade long run have produced some of the best emo-rock tracks that barely cut the 3 minute mark, yet within the first note have fans screaming out each lyric. Promoting their latest record, “40 oz. to Fresno”, the band had a special line up for their show in Philly, subbing out Prince Daddy and the Hyena for Oso Oso. With the band tweeting out, “it’s so fucking sick we got to play with oso oso last night. straight up best band doing it right now. their stuff somehow feels fresh and familiar at the same time. and jade has the best voice in the game. also that show was insanely great thank you to everyone who came.” With support from Citizen and guitarist, Neil’s project, PHONY, the show seemed like lightning in a bottle. Jay was there to photograph the show, and their photos are incredible!
