Bernie Sanders and The Strokes: Get Out and Vote!

Posted: by The Editor

New Hampshire’s “First in the Nation” primaries are taking place today but not before Bernie made one final stop in the Granite State to rally thousands of NH residents in the Whittemore Arena at UNH. The night kicked off with a performance from Sunflower Bean followed by guest speaker appearances from Cynthia Nixon, AOC, Dr. Cornell West and more! Greeted by a roaring cheer of support, Bernie came up to give the final speech of the night covering his plans for major issues such as Student Debt, Medicare for All, Immigration, Prison Reform, the Military Industrial Complex and most importantly, Fight for $15 to raise the minimum wage and redirect income from the top 1% back down into the hands of the 99%. After he completed his speech, he welcomed The Strokes up on stage to close out the night which led to fans rushing the stage during their last song, New York City Cops. Today is notorious for setting off the voting process across America and we encourage you to make it out to your local polling station and vote Bernie 2020.
