The Alt Weekly Roundup is just what it sounds like, a recap of a few of our favorite releases of the week. Think of it as an appetizer for our Best of the Month article and playlist. Here’s a taste of a few of gems from this week.

Well Wisher – “Believe”

We’re stoked for Asbury Park indie punk band Well Wisher’s record to drop later this month – but in the meantime, they’ve given us another promising sneak peek this week called “Believe.”

Steady Hands – “Indifferent Belushi”

The Philly five-piece just dropped a new tune and announced the release of their next record, Truth In Comedy, out next month.

DNDR – “Still Here”

This Swedish mood pop duo have only released two tracks from their forthcoming debut EP, All We Know (due this fall), but are already turning heads and paving the way to hit our favorite festival stages next summer.

First Aid Kit – Tender Offerings EP

You could say folk duo First Aid Kit are having a good week – they dropped a gorgeous four-track EP and performed on Colbert on Thursday night.

Mansionair – “Falling”

The Aussie trio dropped another dreamlike electronic track called “Falling.”
