The Record Play – ‘Second Year’ Album Premiere

Premiering The Record Play‘s debut album, Second Year ! The Record Play is the newest project of Joseph Lacy (formerly of Transit and The Weeds). As a fan of his prior work, I was excited to hear this new album and I was definitely impressed by what I heard. These are some really solid indie tracks. Winding guitars and introspective lyrics form the foundation of that album and it makes for all around pleasant listen. Fans of Transit or The Early November will definitely dig these calming tunes. Second Year is out on July 15th on Sunday Drive Records. You can download the album on Bandcamp and preorder the album on cassette here.
