Video Premiere: Sarah and the Safe Word – ‘Sick On Seventh Street’

Listening to Sarah and the Safe Word is like stepping into the past. With the band’s twist on garage rock implementing keys, violin and viola the six piece band from Atlanta is able to capture a sound that sounds familiar yet brand new.
As singer Sarah Rose explains, “The song reminds me a lot of nights passing through New York City on tour. The people there are amazing, and so is the nightlife. I’ll never forget what its like to play a show there and then let the city sweep you away for the rest of the night.”
The video for the new single, “Sick on Seventh Street”, is like walking into a hazy bar, there’s something slightly off that keeps you coming back.
