Slipknot are finishing up their Knotfest Roadshow journey across America with Behemoth, Gojira, and Volbeat after releasing their new album We Are Not Your Kind. While I was stuck in traffic and missed the three opening acts, I made it in time to hear to vicious energy Slipknot put out their whole set pulling songs from their entire discography. Even after 20 years since releasing their first album, they’re still delivering that raw aggression they became known for on record and in concert, feeling the pulse of 20,000 people screaming back at them.
