AJJ’s new record, Good Luck Everybody, captures the all exhausting political climate that’s only been getting more and more difficult to escape with songs like “Normalization Blues” and “Mega Guillotine 2020”. However, the record still maintains a sense of hope as in their previous releases and an expansive sound with a variety of elements like keys, cello and stand up bass which they’ve brought to their live shows. They were joined by the dreamy surf-pop groupTacocat and the ever impressive solo act, Emperor X. Check out Lindsy’s photos below and make sure to listen to the bands:
