Premiering the new video for West Means Home’s track “Invitation” off their recent split with Boxer Joy. A thrashing emo track that fans of All Get Out, Microwave, and Taking Back Sunday will enjoy. Take a peek at the video below.

West Means Home are working on a full length to be released this winter. If you like what you hear check out the rest of their tracks on their Bandcamp.

The band had some cool things to say about the track and the process of filming the video:

“Breaking free from society’s expectations is the biggest theme in the song and video. We want to dig up a sense of nostalgia and excitement when people listen to us or see us live, so the video is pretty reflective of that as well. One of the coolest things about the video is the masked little girl, Ruby. She created the art on the masks, and told us after we had filmed that she wanted to play guitar and sing for her own rock band. We hope we can inspire people to embrace their individuality and follow their own path no matter which way it takes them.”
