Track Premiere: Overgrow – “The House You Made”

Posted: by The Editor

Outfitted with emotive vocal yelps and instantaneous pop-punk guitar lines that wonderfully complement the tracks unshakable fervor, Overgrow, the Ohio based solo project of Jake Ciccotelli, is definitely one worth paying attention to. We’re stoked to be premiering “The House You Made”, the titular track and our first look at Overgrow’s forthcoming EP, which is dropping November 9th via Common Ground Records. The track deals with a heavy subject matter, it’s about losing a parent, with haunting lyrics such as “And if I could I’d take back all my bad years/I just need your laugh echoing in this place” tugging at the heartstrings.

Keep up to date on all things Overgrow here.
