As delicate as pulsing waves, “The Comedown” by June West breathes its own atmosphere into the world. The song features plenty of soothing melodies that rock back and forth, circulating through the listener much like their natural pulse. This song is a treat to the ears, and one made to fill the space of the air as the summer fades to fall. Imagine lying under the big blue sky as the sun crosses the horizon and sets into the distance. That’s the experience of “The Comedown.” This song is off of the upcoming self-titled LP, being released via Broken Circles on September 14th.
