Premiere: Vines – ‘Seasick’

Kalamazoo, MI is a hotbed of DIY music. It’s been this way for 10+ years now, and with acts like The Reptilian, Anybody But the Cops, and now Vines, the city is showing no sign of stopping. Vines are set to release their debut EP Circle of Stones on April 28th and we’re very excited to be debuting “Seasick” from it!
On “Seasick” the band displays their knack to craft intricate post-punk akin to Pile and early Modest Mouse at times. This track is a great example of how to write guitar-driven noise rock in a refreshing yet nostalgic manner. If you like what you hear, Vines will be embarking on a Northeastern US tour with Bleak Falls from 5/4-5/10 and you can find the dates below.
