Brooklyn based bedroom pop musician CHUCK (aka Charles Griffin Gibson) will be releasing his final album, Frankenstein Songs for the Grocery Store, on 8/18 through Audio Antihero Records, and we are excited to premiering the first single “New Yorker”! CHUCK combines new wave, emo, and indie rock elements with folksy songwriting

“New Yorker”, the album’s lead single, celebrates and pokes fun at the big apple, the city he loves to hate. Just one of the interesting and relateable tracks on the album. As Charles told us, this album has “songs about diet, exercise, work, love, T.V. and animals.” What’s more relateable than that? Take a listen to ‘New Yorker’ below.
